Chris Crowley
Chris Crowley originally went to school for film at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia before moving to Chicago in 2013 and rediscovering his love for music and theater. He spent most of the last decade juggling between jobs as a manager and musician, and most notably improv pianist at The Second City. His interest and practice of piano tuning began simply as a means to fix up his and his music director friend’s old pianos. By 2021, he had started working at The Old Town School of Folk Music, where he would occasionally work on the concert pianos.
