Full service appointment

A full service appointment is reserved for pianos we have not seen before and have not been serviced by a technician within two years or more.

This service may include inspection, recommendations, simple repairs and adjustments, cleaning, pitch adjustment, tuning and voicing.

This is above and beyond just a basic tuning, and we will do whatever it takes during the allotted time, to make the piano play and sound as beautifully as possible.

Any other repairs may be extra, depending on the time and parts required, and we would inform you before we were to do anything.
